Junior Sous Chef. Our client based at this Superb 4* property in Gloucestershire is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef to complete their brigade. This is an opportunity to join a superb hotel that has an excellent reputation for its food in a AA Rosette fine dining restaurant as well as functions and weddings. The Head Chef is happy to recruit a confident Chef de Partie on promotion.
The Role
- Working on all kitchen sections preparing meals for restaurant, bar and functions
- Assisting & Deputising for the Head Chef
- Working to AA Rosette standard
The Person
- Already a Junior Sous Chef or confident CDP with fine dining and banqueting hotel experience
- Experience of AA Rosette standards and fresh food
- Capable and able to work unsupervised
Salary & Benefits
Salary to £27,000 + tips
