Head Chef - Excellent New Job Opportunity with Popular Dining Pub

Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their popular dining pub serving all fresh seasonal food based in the Cambridge area. This is an opportunity for a Head Chef to take the next step in their career and manage an already popular and busy property with both locals and tourists. The property serves all freshly prepared food with a Modern British Menu and daily specials using locally sourced produce.

The Role

• Working closely with the General Manager and Front of House Team
• Producing Fresh Cooked Food using seasonal products 
• Manage, Coach, Train and develop the brigade
• Implement new menu ideas and keep focused on customer trends
• Managing GP targets

The Person

• Already working as a Head Chef
• Excellent Communicator & People person
• Experience of Fresh Food volume driven fresh kitchen
• Good Kitchen manager and hands on chef
• Strong Menu Planning and GP costing skills

Salary & Benefits

Salary to £36k plus tips, bonus
