Chef de Partie - Country House Hotel Tetbury, Gloucestershire £24k +live in

Chef de Partie. Our client near Tetbury, Gloucestershire is urgently recruiting a Chef de Partie to complete their brigade. This is an opportunity, for a Chef de Partie, to join a fantastic hotel under a highly trained Head Chef.

The Role

• Working on all sections of the kitchen
• Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef. 
• Using fresh ingredients to produce meals for the brasserie and bar restaurant

The Person

• Already a Chef de Partie
• Experience of working in 4 star hotel/restaurant bar/brasserie - to 1-2AA rosette level ideally 
• Capable and able to work unsupervised
