A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this Top luxury Hotel in Ascot for a Sous Chef. As part of a talented brigade you will be assist the Executive Head Chef in serving food for the all day Brasserie Restaurant at this luxury venue.
- Reporting to the Executive Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
- Working in the Modern all day Brasserie kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
- Serving Modern British Menu
- Strong Management skills
- You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Jr Sous wanting to step up
- Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
- Have experience of working at 1-2AA rosette kitchen
- Good attention to detail and experience of busy brasserie style restaurant kitchen
- Ambitious and career orientated
