Sous Chef - Great Role based at Luxury Hotel & Restaurant

Sous Chef. Our client is recruiting a Sous Chef for their Luxury Hotel & Restaurant serving rosette level food in Ludlow. This is an opportunity for a talented Chef to take the next step in their career and work in the kitchen at this busy Hotel. The property serves fresh, seasonal food with a modern British Menu to AA rosette level in a relaxed dining environment.

The Role

  • Working closely with the Head Chef
  • Producing Fresh Cooked Food using local and seasonal products
  • Managing and developing the brigade
  • Managing GP targets, food costs and hygiene

The Person

  • Already working as a Sous or Junior Sous looking for promotion in a busy hotel
  • Experience of preparing all fresh food for restaurant and functions
  • Good kitchen manager
