 Fantastic Career Opportunity for Junior Sous Chef with busy Fine Dining Restauarnt

Our client is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for their busy restaurant in Bushey in Hertfordshire. They are looking for Chef with experience of working with all fresh food to ideally a AA rosette standard.

The Role

  • Working on each section of the kitchen
  • Supporting the Head Chef and managing kitchen in his absence
  • Managing and ordering for your own section
  • 4.5 days a week - 3 nights off!


  • You will already be working as a Junior Sous Chef or expereinced Chef de Partie in Rosette awarded luxury 4* hotel, pub or restaurant
  • Ability to work on each section
  • Keen to work at a high standard with career aspirations
