Our client is recruiting a Demi Pastry Chef de Partie for their busy Hotel located in Brentwood. The Head Chef is looking for a Chef to work the pastry section in the hotel restaurant and functions to AA rosette levels.
The Role
- Working on the Pastry Section
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service
- Managing your own section
Experience
- You will already be working as a Pastry Demi or Commis Chef in a Rosette awarded hotel, pub or restaurant
- Pastry Experience
- Hold NVQ level qualification or equivalent
- Knowledge of fine dining and banqueting
