Fantastic Career Opportunity with Coastal Dining Pub with rooms - Live In available

Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their busy coastal dining hotel & restaurant in the Hunstanton area. They are looking for Chef with experience of working with all fresh food to ideally a AA rosette standard. The role will a mixture of straight and split shifts over 5 days.

The hotel will re-open in May when indoor dining restrictions are lifted.

The Role

  • Working on each section of the kitchen
  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service 
  • Managing and ordering for your own section

Experience

  • You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in Rosette awarded luxury 4* hotel, pub or restaurant
  • Ability to work on each section 
  • Keen to work at a high standard with career aspirations


Salary & Benefits

Salary to £24-25k including tips
