Excellent Chef de Partie opportunity with High End Country Dining Pub

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in the Suffolk countryside for a Chef de Partie to work in their High End Country Dining pub & restaurant. As part of a hard working brigade you will be assist the award winning Head Chef in serving all fresh food to a high standard.

The Role

  • Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
  • Working in the kitchen using quality seasonal ingredients
  • Preparing and plating meals for bar and restaurant service
  • Split shifts including covering Breakfast
  • Excellent career opportunity

The Person

  • You will already be a Chef in a busy all fresh food Hotel, dining pub or Restaurant
  • Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
  • Have experience of working in an a 1-2AA rosette level kitchen
  • Good attention to detail
