Excellent Chef de Partie Opportunity in Luxury Peak District Property

A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the Peak District area for a Chef to work in the kitchen of their luxury country hotel. This is a key role in the kitchen as you will support the Head Chef in preparing meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner service to a high standard. You will need to manage and encourage junior chefs and have previous hotel kitchen experience. The Head Chef is looking for chefs with a strong work ethic, enthusiasm and keen to learn new ideas and techniques.

The Role

• Working in the 4* multi AA Rosette level kitchen
• Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs 
• Preparing meals for Restaurant & Functions guests 
• Kitchen Management duties - supporting Head Chef

The Person

• You will already be an ambitious Chef de Partie
• Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills 
• Experience of working in Hotels ideally to AA rosette standard 
• Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude 
• Steady Career History
