Fantastic Career Opportunity for Junior Sous Chef in award winning Dining Pub & Restaurant

Our client is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for their award winning dining pub and restaurant near to Chesham in Hertfordshire. They are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie/Junior Sous with experience of working with all fresh food to ideally a AA rosette standard. The role is commutable from Hemel Hempstead, Watford & High Wycombe.

The Role

  • Working on each section of the kitchen
  • Supporting the Head Chef and managing kitchen in his absence
  • Managing and ordering for your own section
  • Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service

Experience

  • You will already be working as a Junior Sous Chef or expereinced Chef de Partie in Rosette awarded luxury 4* hotel, pub or restaurant
  • Ability to work on each section
  • Keen to work at a high standard with career aspirations

Salary & Benefits

* Salary to £28k + £6k tips = £34k package
* All meals, PPE & Uniform
* 28 days holiday
