General Manager  -  Outstanding Food led Pub - Northamptonshire

Our client is recruiting a General Manager for their outstanding food led dining pub in Northamptonshire.  You will report to the owners and have overall responsibility for ther efficient managment of the restaurant and bar.  Our client's focus is on offering outstanding service along with great food and drink

The Role

• Responsible for all aspects of food and drinks service 
• Dealing with all bookings queries 
• Managing the front of house teams 
• Training and developing the team 
• Managing all financial aspects of the business
• Achieving agreed financial targets including GP margin 

The Person

• An experienced General Manager with a strong F&B background
• Already working in a restaurant or gastro pub as a General Manager 
• Able to develop good relationships with your team, managers and guests 
• Keen attention to detail 
• Ability to offer a sophisticated level of service in a relaxed manner 
• Someone who is out front and not in the office

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Package to £45k
