Fantastic Career Opportunity for Sous Chef with Country Dining Pub & Restauarnt

Our client is recruiting a Sous Chef for their country dining pub restaurant near Chipping Norton. They are looking for Chef with experience of working with all fresh food to ideally a good AA rosette standard. The role is 4 days on, 3 days off so you will get a better work life balance with more time off! Live in accommodation is available locally but you will need your own transport.


The Role

  • Working on each section of the kitchen
  • Supporting the Head Chef and managing kitchen in his absence
  • Managing and ordering for your own section

Experience

  • You will already be working as a Sous Chef or expereinced Chef de Partie in Rosette awarded luxury 4* hotel, pub or restaurant
  • Ability to work on each section 
  • Keen to work at a high standard with career aspirations

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary to £30k= tips worth up to £10k
  • Live in
  • Meals on duty, PPE
