Fantastic Career Opportunity for Junior Sous Chef with Country Dining Pub & Restauarnt

Our client is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for their country dining pub restaurant near Chipping Norton & Woodstock in Oxfordshire. They are looking for a talented Chef with experience of working with all fresh food to ideally a AA rosette standard.

The Role

  • Working on each section of the kitchen
  • Supporting the Head Chef and managing kitchen in his absence
  • Managing and ordering for your own section

Experience

  • You will already be working as a Junior Sous Chef or expereinced Chef de Partie in Rosette awarded luxury 4* hotel, pub or restaurant
  • Ability to work on each section
  • Keen to work at a high standard with career aspirations

Salary & Benefits
