Operations Manager 4* Hotel Northampton 

Our Client is recruiting an Operations Manager for their luxury 4* hotel in Leicestershire.  This is an opportunity for an Operations Manager to consolidate their career or for and F&B Manager with strong Duty Manager experience.

Operations Manager - The Role

• Reporting to the General Manager 
• Assisting the General Manager in all aspects of hotel management 
• Involved in all aspects of Food and Beverage, Reception, Houskeeping etc
• The Operations Manager will manage all heads of department 
• Budget setting and financial planning 
• Ensuring service standards are maintained and improved 

Operations Manager -The Person

• Already working as an Operations Manager 
• One year plus experience in this role 
• Corporate experience is a strong advantage 
• Financially aware and able to manage budgets 
• Strong leader and coach 
• An excellent communicator with colleagues and guests 

Operations Manager - Salary & Benefits

• Salary to £40k based on experience
