Assistant Restaurant Manager - Luxury Hotel & Restaurant

Our client in Cambridge is recruiting a hands on Assistant Restaurant Manager for their luxury Hotel and restaurant which has a fine dining restaurant as well as Bar & Terrace service.

Assistant Restaurant Manager - The Role

• Responsible for the restaurant along with Bar & Terrace function
• Managing each service
• Training development of the team is very important
• Welcoming and greeting all diners
• This is a floor based based role with minimal paperwork

Assistant Restaurant Manager - The Person

• You will have an outgoing, friendly and welcoming personality
• Experience of AA Rosette standards and 4/5* hotel market
• Energetic and a team leader
• Personal Licence holder preferable
• Outstanding trainer and coach
• Good wine and spirit knowledge
