Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in Chipping Campden for a Sous Chef to work in their Hotel & Restaurant. As part of a dedicated brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving fresh food for the guests in the fine dining restaurant, brasserie and high end banqueting.
- Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
- Working in the hotel kitchen using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service and high end banqueting
- Strong Management skills
- You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Chef de Partie wanting to move up
- Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
- Have experience of working in a busy rosette standard hotel Kitchen
- Good attention to detail

Salary to £32,000 Tips worth £3k
