Chef de Partie- Luxury Hotel New Forest Hampshire £23k

Our client based at this Superb 4* property close to the New Forest, Ringwood & Christchurch areas is recruiting a Chef de Partie to complete their brigade. This is an opportunity to join a superb hotel that has an excellent reputation for its food in a 1AA Rosette awarded fine dining restaurant, bar meals and functions.

The Role

• Working on all kitchen sections
• Prepating meals using all fresh produce
• Working in the 1AA Rosette awarded restaurant kitchen

The Person

• Already an experienced Chef de Partie or Commis looking for promotion
• Experience of working in a luxury hotel or restaurant kitchen
• Capable and able to work unsupervised
