Head Chef Opportunity at Leading Venue in Central Brighton
Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their popular restaurant serving all fresh food to a high standard based in Brighton. This is an opportunity for a Head Chef to take the next step in their career and manage an already popular and busy property with both locals and tourists. The property serves all freshly prepared food with a Seasonal Menu and daily specials to large numbers all year round.
The Role
Working closely with the General Manager and Front of House Team
Producing Fresh Cooked Food using seasonal products with strong emphasis on fish and seafood
Manage, Coach, Train and develop the brigade
Implement new menu ideas
Managing GP target, rota's and ordering
The Person
Already working as a Head Chef
Excellent Communicator & People person
Experience of working in a busy Fresh Food Restaurant or Dining Pub serving large numbers
Good Kitchen manager
Strong Menu Planning and GP costing skills
