Our client based near Bicester is recruiting a F&B Supervisor  for their busy dining hotel and restaurant. This is an opportunity for someone with a restaurant supervisory background to take a step forward in their career. The Role

• Reporting to the General Manager 
• This is a hands on role for someone with energy and enthusiasm who loves offering outstanding service to guests.
• You will be floor based and interacting with Customers & Staff at all times.
• Food and beverage experience is essential as you support the bar and restaurant

The Person

• Outgoing and personable
• Capable of forming strong relationships with colleagues, other managers and guests.
• Hardworking and target driven
• You might already be working as a departmental manager or supervisor
