Our prestigious college client is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join their team in Cambridge. They are looking for a Chef de Partie who has experience of working in a busy hotel kitchen or restaurant with a good knowledge of quality fine dining. The role is working 37.5 hours per week on a fortnightly shift pattern so you will get a good work life balance.
The Role
- Working on the all Sections producing meals for restaurant and functions
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service
- Managing and ordering your own section
- Working mixture of early and late shifts on rota basis
Experience
- You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in a quality hotel, pub or restaurant
- Experience of cooking with all fresh produce to large volumes
- Hold NVQ level qualification or equivalent
