Head Chef required by busy Wedding Venue in Warwickshire

Our client based near Shipston-on-Stour in Warwickshire is recruiting a Head Chef for their busy wedding venue. This is an opportunity to for an existing Head Chef or ambitious Sous Chef on promotion to manage a busy kitchen. Your role will be to deliever food for high end banqueting and fucntions with little restaurant work.The role is very busy over the wedding season but quieter in the winter months.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of kitchen management. This is a key role within the management team and you will need to be a good communicator with the General Manager and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Effective Management and Development of your brigade
• Development of menus 
• Management of GP and stock control 
• Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene and cleaning schedules
• Experience of banqueting and functions
• Excellent communicator

Salary & Benefits

Salary to £36k
