Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their award winning dining pub and restaurant in Hunstanton . They are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie with experience of working with all fresh food in a busy kitchen serving large numbers of guests. This is a great opporunity with modern furnished live in and weekly tips.

The Role

• Working on each section of the kitchen
• Supporting the Head Chef and managing kitchen in his absence
• Managing and ordering for your own section
• Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service

Experience

• You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in Rosette awarded luxury 4* hotel, pub or restaurant
• Ability to work on each section
• Keen to work at a high standard with career aspirations

Salary & Benefits

• Salary to £26k weekly tips live in
• All meals, PPE & Uniform
• 28 days holiday
