Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in Weybridge for a Sous Chef to work in their award winning Restaurant and Bar. As part of a dedicated brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving fresh food for the guests in the fine dining restaurant, bar and functions/celebrations The Head Chef is looking for a strong no2 who can lead the brigade in his absence.


The Role

  • Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
  • Working in the hotel kitchen using fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service and private parties/celebrations
  • Strong Management skills


The Person

  • You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Junior Sous wanting to move up
  • Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
  • Have experience of working in a busy AA rosette standard Kitchens
  • Positive Personality and pro active work skills


Salary & Benefits

Salary to £35000 including service
