Head Chef - Excellent New Job Opportunity with Popular Hotel & Restaurant

Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their popular hotel & restaurant serving all fresh seasonal food based in Kettering. This is an opportunity for a Head Chef to take the next step in their career and manage an already popular and busy property.The property serves all freshly prepared food with a Modern Seasonal Menu and daily specials using fresh produce. The General Manager is happy for you to introduce new menu ideas such as Vegan dishes. The property is also a popular wedding venue.

The Role

• Working closely with the General Manager and Front of House Team
• Producing Fresh Cooked Food using seasonal products
• Manage, Coach, Train and develop the brigade
• Implement new menu ideas and keep focused on customer trends such as Vegan Food
• Managing GP targets

The Person

• Already working as a Head Chef
• Excellent Communicator & People person
• Experience of Fresh Food volume driven fresh kitchen
• Good Kitchen manager and hands on chef
• Strong Menu Planning and GP costing skills
