Restaurant Manager - Luxury Hotel

Our client in the Basingstoke area is recruiting a hands on Restaurant Manager for their popular luxury 4* Hotel and restaurant which has a fine dining restaurant, relaxed lounge/bar as well as afternoon tea service.

Restaurant Manager - The Role

• Responsible for the restaurant along with Lounge, afternoon teas
• Managing each service
• Training development of the team is very important
• Welcoming and greeting all diners
• This is a floor based based role with minimal paperwork

Restaurant Manager - The Person

• You will have an outgoing, friendly and welcoming personality
• Experience of AA Rosette standards and luxury 4* hotel market
• Energetic and a team leader
• Outstanding trainer and coach
• Good wine and spirit knowledge
