Junior Sous Chef  required for busy Farm Shop Kitchen - Day Shift Hours 0800-1600

Our client is recruiting a CDP/Junior Sous Chef to join their busy farm shop kitchen near Redditch. They are looking for chef's with experience of working in a busy fresh food kitchen as you will be preparing meals for the farm shop, take away meals and on site restaurant. You will use produce and meats from the farm so all locally sourced. The hours of work are 0800-1600 five days from seven.

Due to location your own transport is an advantage.

They can offer:

  • £28-30k salary
  • 40 hour week

  • You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in a quality hotel, pub or restaurant
  • Experience of cooking with all fresh produce to large volumes
  • Hold NVQ level qualification or equivalent
