Excellent Chef de Partie Opportunity- Busy Restaurant

Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their busy restaurant serving all fresh food to satisfied customers in the local area. They are looking for a candidate who can produce good quality food to large numbers of guests at AA rosette level.

The Chef de Partie Role

Hands on role working closely with the Head Chef
Producing Fresh Cooked Food - Modern British Seasonal Menu
Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service plus small parties
Keep High Hygiene & Safety Standards

The Person

Already working as a Chef de Partie
Ideally from Hotel, Restaurant or Gastro pub serving fresh good food to rosette levels
Calm Personality
Good Motivator & Manager
