Chef de Partie - Busy Hotel & Golf Club - Macclesfield
Chef de Partie. Our client near Macclesfield is recruiting a Chef de Partie to complete their brigade. This is an opportunity, for a Chef de Partie, to join a busy hotel and work 5 straight shifts per week.
The Role
- Working on all sections of the kitchen
- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
- Using fresh ingredients to produce meals for the hotel bar restaurant
The Person
- Already a Chef de Partie
- Experience of working in a fresh food kitchen
- Capable and able to work unsupervised
Salary to £28-30k
