Wedding & Events Mananager -  Northamptonshire

Our client in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire is recruiting a Wedding & Events Manager to promote and run and events at the property. This is a 360 role as you will follow up and deal with enquiries through to organising and running the event on the day itself. You need to be well organised, an excellent communicator and people person. You will have ideally come from a hotel or events background as you will need to run weddings, dinners and other celebration events.

The Role -

• Promoting the business and the weddings and events facilities at the property
• Maintain and and develop existing clients
• Actively promote the business locally and follow up leads by phone
• Show round potential customers and promote the site
• Run and organise weddings and events on the day

The Person -

• Already working in the hotel or meetings and events industry
• Experience of running weddings and events
• Excellent communicator
• Self motivated and able to deliver results
• Own transport needed due to location
