Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their popular destination restaurant serving all fresh seasonal food based at their hotel in the Windsor area.This is an opportunity for a Head Chef to take the next step in their career and work and showcase their ideas using quality fresh ingredients.The property sources high quality ingredients all year round and has had supportive owners and managment team.

The Role

• Working closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef.
• Producing Fresh Cooked Food using quality seasonal products
• Manage, Coach, Train and develop the brigade
• Implement new menu ideas and keep focused on customer trends
• Managing GP targets

The Person

• Already working as a Head Chef
• Excellent Communicator & People person
• Experience of Fresh Food volume driven fresh kitchen
• Good Kitchen manager and hands on chef
• Strong Menu Planning and GP costing skills

Salary & Benefits

Salary to £55k d.o.e
