Banqueting Head Chef required for Luxury Hotel

Banqueting Sous Chef. Our client is recruiting a Head Chef to manage the banqueting Kitchen of their luxury hotel in the St Albans area. This is an opportunity for a highly organised Chef to manage their own kitchen reporting to the Executive Chef.

The Role

Managing the banqueting kitchen to serve meals for high profile corporate clients, weddings and functions for around 300 guests
Leading your team of chefs
Ensuring all aspects of your kitchen are to the company standards
Working closely with other managers to ensure weddings and events are sent our smoothly

The Person

Already a Head or Sous Chef
Strong background in banqueting, weddings and events
Calm and able to work as part of a team
Straight Shifts.
