Excellent Sous Chef Opportunity with Coastal Hotel & Restaurant

Our client based near Brancaster is recruiting a Sous Chef for their stylish property. This is an opportunity for a talented Sous Chef who is looking for a new challenge. The property has an excellent reputation for its food and service standards and prepares meals for the Bar and Restaurant. The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef who can assist in delivering meals for the Restaurant, Bar Lounge and Weddings/Celebrations.

The Role

  • Management and Development of brigade in Head Chefs absence
  • Ability to deliver modern AA rosette standard food
  • Good Team Player & Motivator

The Person

  • You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Jr Sous wanting to step up
  • Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
  • Have experience of working at AA rosette kitchen
  • Ambitious and career orientated


Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary to £32k tips
