Chef de Partie - Fine Dining Restaurant

As part of a talented brigade you will be serving food of a high quality under the guidance of an experienced Head Chef. Working in a modern, fully kitched kitchen you can learn under a michelin winning Head Chef. This is an excellent career opportuntiy.

The Role

• Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
• Working to 2/3AA Rosette level in the kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
• Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service

The Person

• You will already be a Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen environment
• Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
• Have experience of working with all fresh food ideally to 2AA rosette level or above
• Looking for career opportunity.
