Duty Manager - Busy Country Hotel in Cotswolds.

Our client is recruiting a Duty Manager for their busy country hotel in the Cotswolds. The business is all about offering grea all fresh food, and great service to their customers in the local area and tourists. They are looking for a confident and personable Manager with good all round Bar & Restaurant skills. This is a hands on role so you will interact with customers on a daily basis. Knowledge of taking room bookings and checking guests in is an advantadge.

The Role

• Managing Duty Shifts
• Supporting the General Manager
• Working behind Bar & Serving food
• Training and developing the front of house team
• Driving sales and achieving targets

The Person

• Outgoing friendly and professional
• Good knowledge of food and wine
• Already working as a bar manager or pub manager
• Good knowledge of room bookings
• Ability to offer a friendly and relaxed service even when busy

Salary & Benefits

• Salary to £28000 plus tips
