A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Malvern & Worcester for a Sous Chef to work in their award winning country dining pub and restaurant. The kitchen prepares meals for lunch and dinner service using all fresh produce. The kitchen uses all locally sourced, seasonal produce and everything is made on site. You will work a 48 hour week and all overtime is paid. All staff get a good share of tips plus an annual bonus scheme.
The Role
- Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
- Modern kitchen
- Input into menu ideas for the bar and restaurant
- Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to AA rosette levels
The Person
- You will already be a Sous Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher
- Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
- Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
- Steady Career History
Salary & Benefits
Salary to £35k Plus tips, bonus OTE £40k

Live in accommodation available in Worcester. Own transport required.
