Human Resources & Training Manager - Luxury Hotel - Essex

Our client is recruiting a HR Manager for their luxury hotel in the Harlow & Bishop's Stortford area. This is a role for a HR Manager with hotel experience. Reporting to the General Manager you will be a key member of the management team.

The Role

• Managing all aspects of the HR function
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Devising training and development plans
• Reporting to the General Manager
• Legal and HR process management support from third parties
• Occasional duty management shifts

The Person

• Has experience of working in a hotel environment
• CIPD level 5 qualified or working toward qualification in the hospitality Industry
• Strong HR skills and able to manage a developing and multi skilled workforce
