Our client based near Cheltenham is recruiting a Sous Chef for their stylish property. This is an opportunity for a talented Sous Chef who is looking for a new challenge. The property has an excellent reputation for its food and service standards and prepares meals for the Bar and Restaurant. The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef who can assist in delivering meals for the Restaurant, Bar Lounge and Weddings/Celebrations.
The Role
- Management and Development of brigade in Head Chefs absence
- Ability to deliver modern AA rosette standard food
- Good Team Player & Motivator
The Person
- You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Jr Sous wanting to step up
- Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
- Have experience of working at AA rosette kitchen
- Ambitious and career orientated
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary to £35k tips = £40k package
Paid Overtime
45 hr week
