Head Chef required for Busy Luxury Hotel & Venue

Our client is recruiting a Head Chef to work under the Executive Chef at their luxury hotel & venue based in Hampshire.  The role is to oversee multi food outlets at the hotel. They are looking for an existing Head Chef or Ambitious Sous Chef with experience of working in busy hotels.

• Support and coaching and training of Chef's
• Hygiene and Health & Safety Training
• Cost and Margin Control
• Producing Fresh Seasonal Meals for multi-outlet restaurants/conference/wedding at the property

The Person

• Excellent Communicator
• Must have experience as a Head or Sous Chef at a large 4 hotel - functions of around 400
• Kitchen Management and running service
• Hands on Leader & Team Player

• Salary Package to £40,000 plus tips
