Head Banqueting Chef - Luxury Hotel - Windsor

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in the Windsor area for a Head Banqueting Chef to work at their luxury hotel. The Hotel is looking for a Head Chef to manage and run the banqueting service for functions and weddings at the hotel. This is an ideal role for an ambitious Head or talented Sous Chef to work for a luxury hotel and award winning kitchen team.

The Role

• Running and managing the Banqueting Kitchen
• Encouraging, motivating and developing Junior Chefs
• Kitchen Management skills

The Person

• You will already be a Head or Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or conferencing operation
• Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
• Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
• Steady Career History
