Head Chef - Busy Pub & Restaurant - Great Location - Docklands

Our client is recruiting a Head Chef to take responsibility for their very busy Pub Restaurant overlooking the Thames. The role is to oversee and manage the kitchen and team, at this very busy operation. You will manage a large team of talented chefs and be a well motivated and strong leader with excellent communication skills. This is a fantastic role and salary package for the succesful candidate.

The Role

• Preparing meals for busy 7 day a week operation
• Support and coaching and training of Chef's
• Managing high quality, high volume kitchen serving guests for Lunch & Dinner Service
• Producing Fresh Seasonal Menu

The Person - Executive Chef

• Excellent Communicator
• Must have experience as a Head/Executive Head Chef at in a busy pub/restaurant operation
• Strong financial awareness and controls
• Track record of Kitchen Management
• Hands on Leader & Team Player

Salary & Benefits - Executive Chef

• Basic Salary to £47k bonus scheme OTE £55k
• 28 days holiday
