Excellent Events Chef role in New Forest

Events Chef. Our client is recruiting a highly organised Chef to manage and run banqueting and Events of for this luxury hotel in the Lyndhurst area of the New Forest. This is an opportunity for a highly organised Sous Chef to manage their own kitchen team. You will also cover at other hotels within the group when there are no events and provide support to those teams. You will be paid mileage expenses to cover this travel as part of an attractive benefits package.

The Role

Managing the banqueting kitchen to serve meals for events, weddings and functions
Leading your team of chefs
Ensuring all aspects of your kitchen are to the company standards
Working closely with other managers to ensure weddings and events are sent our smoothly

The Person

Already a Sous Chef or Head Chef
Strong background in banqueting, weddings and events
Calm and able to work as part of a team
Understands all paperwork relating to the kitchen.

You will need your own transport for this role
