Executive Head Chef - Michelin Star Restaurant

Our client is recruiting a Executive Chef to take responsibility for their Michelin Star awarded fine dining restaurant. The role is an excellent opportunity to take control of an iconic restaurant that has won numerous accolades. You will manage and lead a team of creative chefs to serve meals Wednesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner service. This is an excellent role for a Head Chef seeking a new challenge.

The Role

• Designing and Costing of Menu's
• Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service
• Working to MIchelin multi AA rosette level

The Person - Executive Chef

• Excellent Communicator
• Passionate chef with the flair and pallet to produce outstanding dishes.
• Track record of working in Michelin kitchens
• Hands on Leader & Team Player - record of developing/building brigades
