Dining Pub Restaurant Manager  - Worcestershire - Excellent Opportunity

Our client is recruiting a Restaurant Manager for their country dining pub and restaurant near Redditch. You will have full responsibility for the running of the restaurant, profitability, staffing and maintaining first class service levels at the pub. The role is fully hands on and you will work the floor interacting with guests and staff daily to ensure outstanding guest experience. The owners are looking for someone with an outgoing personality who can drive sales and make the pub the destination restaurant locally.

The Role

• Responsible for all aspects of food and drinks service at the pub
• Managing both Bar & Restaurant service
• Managing the front of house teams
• Training and developing the team
• Drive sales and be an excellent Host

The Person

• Already working in a restaurant or gastro pub as a General Manager or Restaurant Manager
• A leader who constantly develops and coaches the team
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to offer an outstanding level of service in a relaxed manner

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary from £35,000 plus tips
