Bar Manager required for Luxury Hotel

Our client is recruiting a Bar Manager with excellent customer service skills for their outstanding country hotel near Bishops Stortford. The business is all about driving and exceeding guests expectations and offering excellent service all times.

The Role - Bars Manager

• Managing the bars at the venue
• Supervising and encouraging junior member staff
• Training, recruitment and development of the front of house team
• Driving sales and achieving targets
• Hands on, floor based role

The Person - Bars Manager

• Outgoing friendly and professional
• Good knowledge of food and wine
• Already working in a food led dining pub, hotel or restaurant to rosette service levels
• Good knowledge of standards
• Ability to offer a friendly and relaxed service even when busy
