Sous Chef - Great Role in Busy Luxury Hotel
Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in the Bury St, Edmunds area for a Sous Chef to work in their luxury 4* Hotel which has a AA rosette level restaurant alongside a talented and experienced Head Chef. The hotel are looking for a Sous Chef to run the restaurant kitchen and help develop new menus and food concepts at the property.
The Role
- Running and managing the hotel restauarnt kitchen
- Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
- Preparing meals using fresh produce to AA rosette level
- Kitchen Management duties in chefs absence
The Person
- You will already be a Sous Chef
- Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
- Experience of working in Hotels/Restaurants ideally to AA rosette standard
- Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
- Steady Career History
