Bar & Lounge Manager reuired for Luxury Country Venue

Our client is recruiting a Bar Manager with excellent customer service skills for their outstanding country venue in Melton Mowbray. The business is all about driving and exceeding guests expectations and offering 5* service all times.

The Role - Bars Manager

• Managing the bars and lounge at the venue
• Supervising and encouraging junior members of staff
• Be a Customer Service Champion and lead by example
• Training, recruitment and development of the front of house team
• Driving sales and achieving targets
• Hands on, floor based role

The Person - Bars Manager

• Outgoing friendly and professional
• Good knowledge of food and wine and cocktail knowledge an advantadge
• Already working in a food led dining pub, hotel or restaurant to rosette service levels
• Good knowledge of standards
• Ability to offer a friendly and relaxed service even when busy
