Great Opportunity with Luxury Hotel in Buckinghamshire

Junior Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in the Gerrards Cross area for a Junior Sous Chef to work in the kitchen of their luxury 4* Hotel. This is a key role in the kitchen as you will support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen to prepare meals for restaurant, bar and functions.

The Role

• Working in the 4* Hotel kitchen
• Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs 
• Preparing meals for Restaurant Dining & Functions
• Kitchen Management duties - supporting Head Chef

The Person

• You will already be an ambitious CDP or Junior Sous Chef
• Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills 
• Experience of working in Hotels or Restaurants ideally to AA rosette standard 
• Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
