Conference and Banqueting Manager - Luxury Hotel

Our client is recruiting a Conference and Banqueting Manager for their luxury Country Hotel located near to East Grinstead & Turners Hill. This is a hands on role managing the running of functions and celebrations at the hotel.

The Role

  • Reporting to the General Manager 
  • Responsible for all conference and banqueting activity.  
  • Managing weddings 
  • Private Dining & Events
  • Training and development of your team 
  • Assisting in the restaurant and providing management cover as needed. 

The Person

  • You will already have experience of working in C&B and the restaurant 
  • A team player able to develop your people 
  • Flexible and adaptable to ensure high levels of guest service. 
  • A stable work history is essential. 

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary £30000
  • Good level of tips - all service charge paid to staff
