Conference and Banqueting Manager - Luxury Hotel
Our client is recruiting a Conference and Banqueting Manager for their luxury Country Hotel located near to East Grinstead & Turners Hill. This is a hands on role managing the running of functions and celebrations at the hotel.
- Reporting to the General Manager
- Responsible for all conference and banqueting activity.
- Managing weddings
- Private Dining & Events
- Training and development of your team
- Assisting in the restaurant and providing management cover as needed.
- You will already have experience of working in C&B and the restaurant
- A team player able to develop your people
- Flexible and adaptable to ensure high levels of guest service.
- A stable work history is essential.
Salary & Benefits
