Chef de Partie - Upmarket Dining Pub & Restaurant - Chelsea - 4 day week

A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at this fantastic upmarket Dining Pub/Restaurant in Chelsea for a Chef de Partie. As part of a talented brigade you will be serving food of a high quality under the guidance of an experienced Head Chef. Working in a modern, fully kitched kitchen you can earn a fantastic salary package with excellent tips. The role is also 4 days on, 3 off per week giving better work life balance

The Role

• Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
• Working in the AA Rosette level kitchen using finest sourced fresh seasonal ingredients
• Preparing and plating meals for all day service

The Person

• You will already be a Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen environment
• Able to work unsupervised and have good communication skills
• Have experience of working with all fresh food in dining pub/restaurant kitchen
• Good attention to detail
